Pisces Dark Moon - Surrender to Dissolution.

Wishing you all an empowering healing journey into the mystical depths of watery flow as we enter the portal of the Dark Moon in Pisces today, exact this Friday at 11.44am AEDT.
This lunar space offers us the opportunity to surrender into the fathomless depths of mystery and magick. Pisces is ruled by Neptune, the master of illusion and escapism, supporting deep dives into our intuitive seascape, just beware of wallowing in the waters of complete escapism until you become lost in the lure of it all. The invitation is to allow ourselves to be awash in a sea of beautiful flow instead of trying to avoid it all or on the opposite scale to analyse what this all means. Its time to allow the power of water to dissolve expectations and feel into the freedom of whatever is waiting on the the other side of the portal with an open and honest heart.
Pisces teaches us Compassion and Empathy, it embodies the flow of Intuition but in Shadow may create feelings of emotional overwhelm and ungroundedness.
As the Moon returns to her True Dark Form, honour your own truth by holding space for the observation of your emotional flow.
Time to embrace Grounded Flow in the Darkness, as we are also slowly preparing to transition Seasons, standing upon the Threshold of Autumn as we journey towards Equinox 21st March (exact on 20th this Year) here in the Southern Hemisphere, so now is a good time to seek balance internally and externally before the descent into the cooler darker months of the year.
Some Water Botanicals that may be supportive at this time for your magickal connections, ceremony and devotional offerings:
Aloe, Apple, Catmint, Cucumber, Hydrangea Jasmine, Lemon Balm, Lemon Myrtle, Mugwort, Poppy, Roses, Water Lily, Lotus, Sea weed, Water Melon and Willow.
Stones: Aquarmarine, Blue Lace Agate, Calcite, Chalcedony, Charioite, Chryscocolla, Blue Kyanite, Larimar, Moonstone, Red Coral, Selenite, Turquoise (Note some crystals are water soluable and can also leech toxins into water, do your research).
Tools: Chalice, Cup, Mirror, Shells, Sand.
Activities: whilst the Dark Moon is about rest and surrender there are activities that you can do to support this; Scrying in Cauldron (the womb of the Mother) Scrying in Rock pools and Mirrors, Divining messages upon the ripples of the surface of water or in the sounds of running water. Bathing and Swimming rituals, libations (poured offerings), Anointing tools, statues, self, Rose Water creation (can be used for cleansing and empowering tools also), communion with water elementals. Aeromancy - Cloud Messages.
Just like the Full Moon you can utilise the Dark Moon to charge water, however instead of illumination and manifestation as sociations, the dark moon will offer healing, reflection, contemplation and surrender qualities to whatever your workings are. Water is such a powerful conduit for energy, for healing, for emotional flow, for divination, for purification, for intuitive communion, for deep rest, dreaming and transitions. Just being with water, water sounds or immersed in water is so deeply clarifying and self-honouring for we are made up of around 75% water and we enter this world in the amniotic fluid of the womb and upon exiting this world our bodies begin to disolve and pool with fluid.
