Honouring Medousa & The Serpent Within

Beloved Medousa (Medusa),
Μέδουσα (Greek) = guard and protect
Those that know me personally or have followed me from any length of time previously as The Wayward Path and Drakaina Medousa - https://www.instagram.com/drakainamedousa and now as Sanctum of the Rose, will know that I am deeply connected to serpent magick and that I am a longtime devotee of Medousa.
Medousa first came to me on this timeline as a deeply misunderstood teen in need of guidance and support, misunderstood, unheard and unseen for who I truly was, so relevant as Medousa herself is perhaps the most misunderstood goddess of all time, and she is well versed in these challenges.
Over the many years since, she has walked with me and also worked through me to support others, coiling and uncoiling through so many transitions, her serpents ever present as guiding and transforming energies. And she/they seem to find me wherever I go from the natural world, through art, sculpture, her-story and written symbolism.
She has made herself known to me in unexpected places, I met her potency as guardian , her ancient primordial, power head on again in the catacombs of Alexandria in Egypt in 2019, where memories of other timelines as her witch and priestess were deeply awakened, all the way back to her pre-Grecian Libyan origins.

Her essence ripples through time and space, writhing in pain and in power, so present in the instances where we lose our heads, where we are taken advantage of, where we reclaim our power and also flowing through deep activation's as we shed and release what we no longer serves us, and she is there as we honour our own unique truths.
She is the agent of change, the great severing, she is Kundalini rising, she is an invitation to accept our sovereignty regardless of the opinions of others and she is the petrification of that which threatens us. To me she is sacred guardian and protectress through all transitions.
Over the years I have previously offered many full day immersions and also self-paced email study courses, Medousa has also bee a potent part of my Rose Goddess Temple offerings and now as we flow deeper into the Year of the Serpent, I am being called to offer an online series of Lives with supporting information for those who are drawn to work with her and share space with myself and other like-minded folk.
