HOW IT BEGAN:

Holding space for healing and energy work to take place has been part of my services for many years, it began with studying spiritual healing and Reiki back in the 90's and was further enhanced by my own personalised connections with nature, the elements and universal energies over more then 20 years. Since my 2 pilgrimages to Egypt in 2019 and 2023 and initiations within the temples and mystery schools of ancient kemet, especially under visionary guidance from beloved goddess Hathor, I have been focusing on the beautiful frequency of the Rose - Queen of flowers, she who is aligned to all of life's transitions and supports us through her sacred feminine energies to reclaim our own holiness. The unfolding of the power of the Rose within me, my path and practices continues to work her magick with my sessions now morphing and changing again to draw more deeply from the well of all the natural elements combined and so whilst my sessions continue to include rose energy they are being re-designed to bring in the potency of all the elements offering a sense of equilibrium.

SUPPORTING YOU

I know so many of you have a longing to reset, to recharge, to regenerate and to reclaim the truth of who you are in a safe supported space that allows for surrender to your own healing power, I know because I have seen this so often over the many years that I have been working with women in circles, ceremonies and gatherings. The real longing to be proactive with your own journey to feel empowered to take back ownership of your own sovereignty. To feel a deeper sense of connection with the natural rhythms and cycles that surround us and that flow within us and to embrace a more integrated flow of harmony in all things.

As a qualified holistic meditation and yoga nidra facilitator, an initiated priestess, intuitive witch and spiritual mentor with a background in holistic therapies and energy modalities, I am passionate about offering a safe space to support you to connect through the elements to your internal world and access your inner knowing and innate healing power. Here you will find an opportunity to surrender into release, rest and reset, accessing your own unique gifts to surface and thereby embracing your journey with awareness and a willingness to accept yourself just as you are. All aspects of yourself.

This is where the healing magick truly begins to happen.

HEALING WITH THE ELEMENTS

The natural elements surround us and flow within us offering an opportunity to move with the cycles, seasons and phases of nature and ourselves. When we are open and attuned to these powerful forces, we become more aligned to living in harmony with all things.

The elements allow a deeper sense of equilibrium within our connections to self and the world around us, each one having their own gifts to support our journeys. By integrating them all we are more able to fully realise our own integrated potential and awaken profound communion with the healer, mystic and keeper of sacred knowledge within.

These healing sessions are designed to support you to feel into your own personal connection and understanding of the elements, and in the doing so invite more harmonious rhythms within yourself and your life.

To listen to the wind and embrace the touch of a feather is to open ourselves up to deeper communication, insights and wisdom.

To embrace the warmth of the sun and the luminousness of light is to welcome in vitality, warmth and radiance.

To be awash with the life-giving power of water is to honour the path of fluidity, serenity and intuitive perception.

To feel the wild beauty of earth is to welcome the stirring of the wyld within us in readiness to anchor into plentiful abundance.

To walk within the Void, the liminal spaces, the in-between, is to accept that we are all beings of both shadows and light.

To understand that as spiritual beings we are all part of universal creation and are made up of all the elements is to become more the beauty of existence. This is the power of Spirit.

Each Healing session offers connection to the elements by the awakening of your senses through scent, sound, touch (cleansing and anoint of brow/hands and feet), song, minerals, supports and guided journeying. As unique individuals we will all experience the elements and healing in our own way, this is part of the magick of embracing our authenticity. Together we will embrace the magick of each element associated sounds, scent, deities (optional), aligned supports and guided journeying to access healing and wisdom sharing. Note: Sessions are 1.5hours generally but allow for 2 as sometimes there is a need to go deeper, to offer more healing or to support you for longer with re-emergence.
